Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is successfully received. Processing occurs Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding recognized U.S. postal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Presidents’ Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Estimated Time of Arrival
Delivery estimates depend on your location and our current logistics workload. Please refer to the chart below for standard delivery times within the United States:

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this email, check your spam/junk folder. You can also monitor your package’s status using our Order Tracking page.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status. If the tracking information is not available, it may mean the carrier has not scanned your parcel yet.

Personalized or Modified Orders
If your order includes custom designs or modifications, please allow additional time for production. The time required will depend on the complexity of your request.

Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or undeliverable.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

  • Returned packages may be disposed of by our shipping partners.

  • A reshipping fee will apply to orders returned due to incorrect address input.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after dispatch.
