Order Cancellations & Modifications To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. This short window allows us to make changes before we begin processing your order.
After 4 hours, orders may have already been processed or shipped, and we will be unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.
Shipping Address Accuracy Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Lily Wears is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or redirect the package. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the item.
