We’re unable to process exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct information. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Timeframe: Within 4 Hours of Order Placement

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final and refunds will no longer be issued. Returns and refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • Items arrive damaged or broken

  • The product differs in design, size, or material from what was originally ordered

  • Incorrect items were received

  • The item significantly deviates from the product description

Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your return. Once we confirm receipt via email, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs. If you encounter delays beyond 10-15 days, please reach out to your bank or credit card company for assistance with the refund.
